Failure to secure a reservation due to full classes, schedule adjustments, or other availability issues does not constitute grounds for makeup classes, refunds, or extension of benefits. Members are advised to book popular classes early.
Failure to attend a reserved class or cancellation within 12 hours prior to class time will be considered a used session, as the reservation occupies a valid class slot.
